ACT Testing
Available At No Cost
ACT and the Texas
Education Agency (TEA) have signed an agreement to provide free
ACT registration or any public school 11th grade student for the
ACT June 12, 2010 national test date. A reimbursement will be
provided to Texas public school 11th graders who take the ACT on
the ACT April 10, 2010 national test date. Also, each Texas
school district will have the opportunity to test their 8th
grade students with EXPLORE and their 10th grade students with
PLAN (the Pre-ACT) at no cost to the district or student.
