Meet the Teacher Night & Health Fair is scheduled for September 16th from 5:30-7:00 pm. This is an opportunity to meet your student's teachers and learn a little about the specific curriculum being covered by the course. We will also have our First Annual Dowell Health Fair hosted by our campus' Coordinated Health Committee. This will be an opportunity to browse a variety of health related activities that our campus will be engaged in this school year. Some of the area health-related vendors will also be invited to offer student health information for your family as well.

The boys shorts are on backorder with the manufacturer. We have been working diligently to resolve this issue and and appreciate your patience. As soon as we receive shorts we will deliver them to students during their lunch period. We will also deliver any remaining orders during lunch once they come in.

Immunizations Needed for Incoming 7th Graders

Although D.M.S. 6th grade students are currently in compliance with TX. State law regarding immunizations, three additional vaccines are required for 7th grade. Please turn in your updated immunization record before June 1, 2010. You will NOT be able to pick up a 7th grade schedule until you show proof of 7th grade immunizations.   For more information, please click here: English or Spanish
Messy Room Return Text Books Now All students need to return and check in their text books to Ms. Henderson by June 3, 2010. Text books not turned in will be considered LOST and the parents will be responsible for payment. Students will not be able to collect their schedule for the 2010-11 school year until all accounts are cleared.
