The below listed items need to be in your Compliance Notebook when you have your compliance meeting with the Director of Athletics.  Make duplicates for your own record.

  11. Proof of Residency
  12. Filled out Bus requests
  13. Coaches directory information
  14. Booster club contact

POST-SEASON STAFF INFORMATION

All Head Coaches are required to turn into the Department of Athletics a season ending information package. This report will cover all phases of your program and all your teams from 9-Varsity.

Included in the information packet are the following items:

1. Presentation of information needs to be in a small folder.

2. Front Page
    - High School
    - Sport
    - Head Coach
    - Staff/Identify teams you are reporting on

3. Items to be included in report:
    - Copy of schedules for all levels 9 - 12
    - Results/Records of all levels
    - Individual/Team awards for Varsity level
    - Complete player rosters: Players, Staff, Support Staff
    - Breakdown total number of participants in your program: 9th, JV, Varsity, Support Staff
    - Projected number of next season: 9th - 12th
    - Ethnicity breakdown (on a separate sheet)
    - Off-season expectations
    - Complete inventory of your program 9 - 12
    - Project Varsity team strengths and weakness for next season
    - Recommendations for improving program

4.  Be prepared to discuss the following items:
    - Website management
    - Staff development
    - Booster Clubs
    - Medical issues
    - UIL issues
    - Budget

5. Other issues as determined by the Athletic Director.
